 when you go fishing

the fish don’t jump on the hook

it’s hard to make friends

 

if the fire hose leaks

the barn burns before the house

hope, a cloudless rain

 

sundown at the creek

thousands of froglets screaming

a Beatles’ concert

 

why talk about death

almost all words sing to life

sorrow digs the graves

 

jellyfish use jets

hummingbirds wing figure 8’s

no seahorse racetracks
