happiness is the mansion

everyone starts to build

as they mature

a process so slow that by

late middle age if the garage

and a half bath are only half-

done it’s time to probably time

to finish whatever you can

and move in

at some point we also realize

this project was way too

ambitious from the start

and the best we can do now

is find contentment

with the work done

and oh

if anyone is lucky enough

to discover love

even in an unfinished closet

make your home there
