I can’t see any clear strategy
to this game of life
my pieces move around the board
not looking for checkmate
a winning score or even being
the first to finish
that being of course
the dumbest of tactics
so I just play and try to
cut down on the stupid mistakes
that kick me back a few spaces
or worse
cause me to lose a turn or two
and miss out on some adventure
my friends will rave about later
