passion is the salesperson

who sways others to buy

what they’re selling

 

courage is magnetic,

not for the words or action,

but the person who performs it

 

I am neither, so when

I grab a poem to read

it feels like jumping off a cliff

 

the delivery isn’t too bad

when my focus is

surviving the landing
