The Average Mummy - June 4, 2020

A cripple has married his bed

in fidelity there will be no healing affair

Some babies never leave the crib

they could have easily walked out

The cat wounded the canary once

the flute healed but no new music

When courage and encouragement

depart life becomes entombed so

before the last brick seals the last

hole just know how challenging it is

for the average mummy to

break out of their own crypt
