is always a great start

something posing

with just enough muscle

to attract a reader

as you may know

we poets only get

a few quick glances

to promote our product

and if someone lingers

we must take them

on a journey to some

precipitous ending

naked emotion works well

revealing insight too

love is a no brainer

beauty a sure shot

just remember this tip I’ve heard

in the writing’s final dress down

keep your revelation covered

just enough to let imagination

finish the last few lines
