If you could walk on water

would you show a friend,

how about a few strangers or a

performance for the evening news,

maybe post a video, get a billion hits

burn holes in your hard drive

it would be incredible, a bomb

to the mind, if proven authentic

and trick-proof, real magic

really seen, beyond belief

but would it change lives,

make people happier,

guide them to create a better,

friendlier, more caring planet

isn’t it a better miracle

to walk the earth

with just enough love

to lift a single life?
