Who are our real parents?

 

sometimes in gratitude

I throw an impossible kiss

out into the universe

 

but for a child

not yet fully stuck

to this world

 

he smiles

in a group photo

for his carefree life

 

lips wide for the camera

 

held in the hands

of his nameless parents
